Product Quality / Returns: If you purchased Tatiana cigars from your local store or any other company then please contact the store where you purchased them if you experience a quality issue.   We do not replace, refund, or exchange product that you bought from a different store.  We are not responsible for how other retailers store their cigars and cannot offer assistance with someone else’s sale.
